The mistake you make is thinking you are fighting me.
In reality, you are fighting yourself.
Let’s bind you so there are no distractions. No way for you to run off and justify the way you keep yourself bound in denial and convention and propriety. These things may fit you, but they do not suit you.
Think of it as an exorcism. Removing the demons society placed in you. Pulling them out, stroke by stroke, hour after hour. Releasing their hold on the core of who you are. When we finish, you’ll be trembling and sweating, but no longer possessed by shame or guilt.
Instead you’ll be in possession of yourself.
